i’m tired of all these drama but i do personally think NJ should change their direction a bit with this new management because i do think their music has become a bit boring

even if can buy them out, NewJeans IP belongs to the company. After buyout they will need to start with a new name, new act, etc etc.

In the real world, if our boss we are close with kena fired, we dont go to our companies board and demand and make noise why the company fire our boss right..
We just accept it even if we disagree, and continue to work. Because at the end of the day we working for a company and we want to ensure we are still employed and have income..
If we are close with the boss that kena fired, we just hangout after working hours. Keep work and private separate.. But i think that's where NJ still too young to learn this distinction. They got their working and personal life mixed up. So they willing to torch everything they have and die for MHJ, but will MHJ do the same for them if the money runs out?

At the end of the day HYBE is still their employer. and HYBE hasn't broken any laws that could warrant their contract terminations.

I think they are very misguided, their actions are like they living in some kind of fantasy world where they can get the company to bow to their demands.
It doesn't work that way. HYBE is a large corp and they are just employees. HYBE can always replace them with another project and start over. Does NJ think they are too big to fail or something?

Their spokesperson vs HYBE is basically just themselves or their parents. and since the parents behsong with HYBE, sure will continue to have communication break down.. and then no work can get done since all parties still not in agreement over something.. Really dont see how this will get resolved anytime soon if no actual professionals step in..

but for that to happen, the parents need to be willing to let go some control, and the girls need to also realize they will be able to survive without MHJ.
They themselves play a huge part in NJ success and its not just down to MHJ. They gotta give themselves more credit. Right now they think they cant do anything without MHJ.
