After watching some videos from YouTube and TikTok there are so many different opinions. So want to get idea from here. What is the best belly fat exercises? Would help if can share YT or TikTok video as well.

Eat sayur only, no sugar added drink. Everyday walk and jog 8km.

Food diet is very important in getting your weight in check. Remember, prevention is better than cure. Do cut down your sugar intake for 2 weeks and you will see significant difference in 2 weeks time.

First, reduce eating fatty fried food.
Cardio like walking / jogging to raise metabolism.
A week later, add crunch / sit ups exercise.

use more calories than you can eat or eat less calories than you can burn. that's the only way.

No such thing as spot reduction. Control your calorie intake and pray hard that you will start losing fat from belly area first

Yes there are many options, its all based on individual what are you comfortable with and suits your daily lifestyle.

Generally any exercise that can maintain higher heart rate, helps you to burn more calories, such as running, aerobic, HIIT, swimming, dancing, etc.

The calorie burn per day need to be more than your calories intake per day; generally thats the formula to succeed.

Diet is most important. More protein, fiber. Less carbs.
With cardio.

walk more leh. count your steps - everyone has a phone that can immediately track the stepcount

easy to do, much easier to be consistent with it too, on a long term basis, vs sticking with a strict diet, gym, running etc...

you can do it all day round, anywhere, anytime, in your house, at your workplace, in the malls, running some errands, with your present clothes

The easiest way but need time to achieve.
Method: run and control with your heartbeat rate 121 ~150 bpm for 45mins. Pace and distance does not matter.
