anybody realized rize can 'backdate' the transactions?

Standard reply 🤦‍♀️ and expect it to be fixed by end of the month because account adjustment

You are not getting interest for October? My wife's account delayed 1, then after we call, next day got it already

1-2 months old

till today my 1.3k still missing - who gonna pay 4% interest for my 1.3k? hahahahahaha!!!

guys, i finally able to call in after some time. CS told me that they have problem with their technicals and currently doing manually to credit profit into customer acc. need to wait and they cant promised when will be done. just will drop an email to you when the profit is credited. so no email no profit credit. no need check RIZE daily.

Yea, I also did not chase the 3c missing from one of the account - call it margin of error in calculation

=I3*0.04/365....this is suppose to be the correct formula, right? However I'm not sure the PrevDay will have the interest accrue to be calculated together or not, right now my I3 is with the interest

ok now how fast if we need money big amount

i tested 2 accounts today

8+am tried duitnow RM50k to MBB saving account,
it says duitnow cant be sent,  to contact  customer care,

i dont need the money so i ignored it
but within 5 mins CS called me, she asked is it me and said can proceed
do again ,success, money in instantly. ok pass

1+pm tried another account, same error message appeared
again waited for CS call, but this time  no call even after 30min,
i hantam an email to Rize said i needed money urgently
then received call around 2pm, Duitnow done, money instantly into MBB SA.

acceptable i think,
hopefully next duitnow to same receiving bank account would not need call approval again.
KDI is best in this no need call approval. but  no instant money .must wait till nite.

then i experimented with my various bank accounts,
found Rize would not accept Alliance bank account with 15 digits.

has anyone done withdrawal to Alliance saving account?
Any problem?

other bank accounts all  seem ok,
only Alliance accounts not accepted,
it says error code 52, invalid account
i tested deposit money to Rize from that "invalid" account masuk pulak!

Now only getting yours....

Really problem with this Rize...

Transfer big amount also like "blocked"...
They called & confirm with you only can complete the transaction....

But it's backed by well known financial group... Not any small fish guy from nowhere 😁

pls do so - give them pressure

btw GXBank coming they giving 3% gonna see if there is a Thread or not
