Developers need to first learn to design the interior facilities properly before being even allowed to build houses or apartments. Most have no idea or don't give attention to what is correct and most user friendly locations to install sink outlets, power outlets, light and fan points, air conditioner points, wall switch points, If can't even do this basic thing properly, resulting in so much inconvenience to the buyer, don't brag so much la. In fact, all buyers should be provided with the engineering drawings FOC so they can review the details before buying, and allowed to request for changes before construction starts.

Hi friend, depending on where you are referring to, actually Elmina is closer to PJ/KL than Setia Alam. Setia is nearer to Klang and Shah Alam, yea correct. But if you talk about heart of PJ eg Damansara, Kota Damansara, Mutiara Damansara, Bandar Utama and even older PJ area like SS2…Elmina is nearer and has more roads to get to these places. Everywhere is jam, but Setia is super Jam to KL/PJ compare to Elmina, that’s a fact for those who live there. Having said that, both Setia and Elmina and other upcoming areas further south like Serenia city are up and coming new residential areas. PJ and KL and too damn expensive unless you want to live in a small apartment. You can buy landed in PJ/KL but usually it’s very old houses.

syukur i bought 2 units there. Elmina Valley 4 and 5, right next to the reservoir, fresh air everyday, heavy mist in the night and morning, damn cold and chill like rainforest, and bestest is NO DUST. NO DUST AT ALL!

Got the name terbalik. It was Highlands & Lowlands, bought over by Guthrie.

Guthrie then merged with SDarby and Golden Hope.

As a buyer of Elmina Green Three, who just completed and VP, many of home buyers are not satisfied with the craftsmanship .

Defects a lot. Like we buy a cheap residential house.

My neighbour said harga rumah actually tak sampai half price pun. Untung SDP.


Kita diam dulu. Sebab jiran ramai tak dpt kunci rumah lagi..tu je nak cakap..

Supaya SDP jaga kualiti OK...sekali masuk viral news..hmm...😅
