Dear guys,
For shophouse, anyone has experience of renting out to tenant running as pub / bistro ?
My worry is if they do drugs/ selling pills in premises, will landlord also gets into trouble.
Will the shop be sealed for evidence ?
Should i just skip pub/ bistro and looks for other type of tenants

what i mean is landlord wont kena charged with the crime if the landlord doesn't have any involvement in the business.

at most u might get called in for investigation, so bring ur tenancy agreement and rental receive screenshots etc to prove that you are merely renting the premises to the business owner.
