Renting out shophouse for pub/ bistro

Dear guys,
For shophouse, anyone has experience of renting out to tenant running as pub / bistro ? My worry is if they do drugs/ selling pills in premises, will landlord also gets into trouble. Will the shop be sealed for evidence ? Should i just skip pub/ bistro and looks for other type of tenants thks |
