Generally I think most here will suggest Lenovo Legion for that budget
I don't know of any specific models to recommend rn but do take a look at their offerings

hmm tough choice, personally I trust Lenovo a bit more for reliability, cooling, design and stuff, so im honestly not a fan of Asus TUF

but Ryzen 9 on Asus...

check benchmarks for both of them I suppose
