Do you think it is better to get another router from CelcomDiGi or recommend another router that can configure the VLAN required for CelcomDiGi fibre?

what router are you using rn? ex510?

generally, any aftermarket router will be better than the isp provided router

I am considering getting two Deco X50 units to replace the Ex510. I am wondering if we need to configure VLAN on the X50 in order to work?

yes, you have to configure vlan on the x50.

I think you just select the vlan profile and enter pppoe on the deco and you are good to go.

Thank you so much.

My CD fibre was installed today under the TIME infrastructure, which I had previously used. Earlier, I asked at DIGI, and they told me Unifi.

adoi, my CD fibre down again. 1st down on 30Sept due to pppoe session hang, Today down again. Even MCMC ticket also not yet resolve. Friendly reminder if you want to take celcomdigi fibre as their support only open 8am - 8pm

Are other Unifi/Time users also facing downtime? Otherwise, it should be a CelcomDigi issue.
