(Considering TM only gives on special request, not on TIME 100Mbps and RM100 fee for Allo)

If you do not want to pay the extra RM10 monthly charge, you can move from PUBLIC to PRIVATE

Public was given to you on request in the first place, and they gave you 3 or so months notice before they started charging the fee when they changed it from free to rm10 monthly

Public IP is required for some stuff such as Port Forwarding for stuff such as Game Servers or remotely access non cloud based CCTVs
Please check if you need the public ip service and remove if you dont need it
