Nah, she is just lying flat. She got savings, nice place to sleep and free food at the table, so why need bother go out susah payah work? There's no urgency for her to work hard as she already has easy life at her finger tips. To me, she is just enjoying life like a retiree. You need to get her to pay her own rent, food and utilities to give that sense of urgency which will motivate her to go out work for income.

As for the 6am jogging, of course la she won't follow you. You know she sleeps late and wakes up late. It's impossible for her to enjoy the 6AM walk at her current schedule. Either you move the jogging time to her timing, or you find something to incentivize her to sleep early and so she can wake up on at 6AM for your jogging.
