If this drag too long your sister will be "used" to it and very hard to change her life style, just imagine when you marry and your wife stay the same house with your sister then sure your wife nag alot

I don't think my parents will agree. Right now, she lives in her bedroom on the first floor.
I think we should move her room to the ground floor at least.

Look at it from this perspective. Her lower pyramid needs are being met by living with your parents. As such, she's now challenged by things on the upper segment of the pyramid.

If your goal is only to force a change, you can either a) stop providing her lower pyramid needs or b) you can help explore her challenges in the upper pyramid.

Remember, people can be depressed at any stage of the pyramid. See Kurt Cobain / Anthony Bourdain. Since everyone struggles with different part of the pyramid at any given time, it can sometime be hard to relate.

**Level** **Description**
**(1) Physiological Needs** The most basic requirements for survival, including the need for food, water, clothing, shelter, and mobility. These needs are the strongest motivators of human behavior.
**(2) Safety Needs** The need for security, avoiding threats to livelihood and property, protection from occupational diseases, and relief from harsh oversight. Once met, they no longer motivate.
**(3) Love and Belonging Needs** Includes the need for affection (harmonious relationships, love) and belonging (feeling part of a group). These needs are related to physical characteristics, experiences, education, and religious beliefs.
**(4) Esteem Needs** The desire for a stable social status and recognition of abilities and achievements. Divided into internal respect (self-respect) and external respect (status, prestige). Meeting these needs fills a person with confidence and purpose.
**(5) Self-Actualization Needs** The highest level, involving the realization of personal ideals and ambitions, fullest development of abilities, and performing competent work. This varies from person to person.

Those with Personality Number 8 are often seen as strong, ambitious, competitive, competent, and confident. You can project an aura of authority and power, and people tend to see you as being well rounded and grounded, with good decision making abilities and business sense. Be wary of appearing too egocentric and greedy.
Not accurate

She is personality 8? That makes sense. She is lacking power. Every number has a positive and negative side to it. Like I said earlier, she doesn't have a goal, or to be precise: hasn't found a goal yet. So she is leaning towards the negative side of the 8, which is wasteful, fear of taking risks, wasted talent, narrow minded, argumentative, stingy and tensed.

She needs to find a goal. Get out from the house, move to somewhere, get a different view or perspective of life. She needs new ideas, and one that grow from herself. Not ideas from other people.

Advice to her: Go travel...somewhere she never been.

Like I mentioned above, every number has a positive and a negative side to it. The positive side of 8 for her would be ambitious, generous, courageous, competitive, hard-working etc etc. But if she leans towards the negative side of it, then her behavior would be what I mentioned above.

Here, check this YouTube for the positive & negative of each number.
https://youtu.be/2DEx0FyV6gc?si=vx0IaUFgZlTLDypE

Also, did you check her other numbers? Her expression number, Heart Desire or destiny number?

Another thing is also her Personal Year. To check her personal year, need to know her birthday. Her birthday without the year will do. Example: May 8, Sept 9, Oct 4 etc etc

Note: Your Current/Short Name should not include your middle name, if you have one, nor should it be a nickname. Rather it is a name you use on a daily basis to introduce yourself with. You might want to use Mike instead of Michael for example. If you are married, or had a name change, it would also apply here.
