Look at it from this perspective. Her lower pyramid needs are being met by living with your parents. As such, she's now challenged by things on the upper segment of the pyramid.

She is personality 8? That makes sense. She is lacking power. Every number has a positive and negative side to it. Like I said earlier, she doesn't have a goal, or to be precise: hasn't found a goal yet. So she is leaning towards the negative side of the 8, which is wasteful, fear of taking risks, wasted talent, narrow minded, argumentative, stingy and tensed.

She needs to find a goal. Get out from the house, move to somewhere, get a different view or perspective of life. She needs new ideas, and one that grow from herself. Not ideas from other people.

Advice to her: Go travel...somewhere she never been.

Like I mentioned above, every number has a positive and a negative side to it. The positive side of 8 for her would be ambitious, generous, courageous, competitive, hard-working etc etc. But if she leans towards the negative side of it, then her behavior would be what I mentioned above.
