You can try to find Pet relocation agent on Google, heard some from Facebook mentioned they used Global Pets, is quite reliable.

From what I researched before (3 years ago), the cost for doing everything yourself is around RM3k(apply dog license, import license, quarantine boarding, vet checking, microchip, vaccines etc).

If agent help you do is around rm6k-8k (depends quarantine boarding package).

Heard the boarding center is always fully booked and need to prebook 6 months before, you can check with your agent for this.
