Increment and promotion is 2 diff thing

U get increment 10 percent - so far I never heard any company in this current climate give this. Majority is 3 to 5 percent la from what I heard based on 5 to 6 company in tech

As for promotion if u get promoted every year something wrong


So best is to jump jobs every 1 or 2 years
