I cant see why MAS is not doing so
I even cant see where does this card is better than MAE

It should be same as normal Merchantrade card, you can have multi currency wallets.
I buy GBP and EURO when they are cheap, then spend in GBP and EURO.

AirAsia BigPay has a full license while MAS is using white label which is lacks of functionality and ownership while wasting money paying MerchantTrade monthly in infra fees 🤦‍♀️

Basically a useless card compared to BigPay and MerchantTrade because there is no USP and consumer targeting

The rich who flys on MAS business card wouldn’t be bother with it because they will have more superior credit card which will have better access to it while not using any cash for this inferior EWallet 🤦‍♀️

seems like new app = new channel to abuse

topup TNG Ewallet -> TNG Visa -> EnrichMoney -> cashout*

Per transaction limit: RM1500
Withdrawals limit per day: 20x times

I guess so. I don't hit non-transferable in TNG wallet. You can try validate if TNG visa can draw fund from non-transferable or not.

You can use other methods like...

CC up to rm1k per month transferable
PINs up to rm1. 5k per month

Adui, I top up Merchantrade wallet and converted into GBP, EUR a few months ago but going to spend this summer. Useful?

Unless you can withdraw fee free then otherwise you should use it to spend

But no point now when most CC gives more points multipliers when spending overseas

It is cheaper to use debit or prepaid card.
If use CC, need to pay >2.25% charge but may get back 1-2% cashback.

If top up and spend in RM, it is a junk card unless give it to kids to buy food at canteen!

CC it is not about the cashback but the air miles you can collect for free business class upgrade 😂

Overseas is for flight miles rather than cashback per say. Normally points collection is unlimited so with the right amount of spending, you are essentially getting a business class flight for "free".

Anyone can show the benefit/redemption rate of EnrichMoney ?

1 Enrich Money points per RM 20 spent, all ewallets excluded. Travel spent different earning ratio.

About 40 Enrich Money Points get RM 1 cashback AFTER transactions posted and settled.

Points valid for a year only.

i dont have maybank cc, i try alliance bank, choose cc as payment get error biller code for this only accept saving account not credit card

behavior should be same with other banks as it points to same config in jompay biller setup.

Looks like EnrichMoney has disabled DUITNOW transfer to bank or third party. Wondering whether this is a temporary issue with the apps.

Nice one enrich money, I login with my phone number and enter the otp code, then you block my mobile number and can't login. Call service 5 minutes no one answer my call. Rubbish

Guess i'm moving here after grabpay announced the 1% fee next month

Grabpay - 1% fee only for CC top up.

If debit card or online transfer, no 1% charge lah. Any cost difference between Grabpay and Enrichmoney? Same to Gopayz, Boost, TNG, Bigpay, Merchantrade, all no 1% if top up using debit card / online transfer.

ewallet can function with cc fund

ewallet purpose is convenience, not replacing/milking CC benefits

e-wallet is not convenient at all, especially those that need to scan QR. even worse if line is bad. payment can take 20 seconds to complete. most convenient now is google/apple pay with cc. only upside is got more adopters of QR compared to CC now

drop the ewallets lor. Use CC is better based on your preference.

with most ewallets sooner or later imposing 1% reload fee, better to plan exiting your ewallets.

EnrichMoney's security system seems robust!
My spouse made a transfer via JomPay to my EnrichMoney account which became blocked.
EnrichMoney required further information to investigate the deposit.

Had this problem last year. So apparently the CS told me that if it's like this kind of personal account, you can only JomPay from same account name to same account. For your case, it's your spouse -> your EnrichMoney account which is different name. Hence they block.

Just give them a call and explain to them. They'll understand. I forgot if they ask any other extra documents or not for this as I can't find any emails regarding this so I guess it's just a call and explanation.

anyone tried to use this to purchase MAS ticket? i tried 3 times all failed then i have to use other CC

For the past few weeks I’ve been trying to sign up for EnrichMoney. My experience has been unpleasant. The sign up process was smooth including payment of RM50 at the end of the sign up until the process the application at the backend, citing my IC wasn’t properly captured. Asked for re-register.

Not even a single call I received from Merchanttrade or Enrich related to my application and I’m pretty ghosted by them. I’ve to call to inquire my application station.

Weeks after weeks, ended up my application was deleted from their system and that also wasn’t being informed. My RM50 top up during the first registration is still with them.

I’d say don’t waste your time or life with this piece of junk from Enrich. Poor implementation poor communications to even make use of it. Imagine you having lots of money with the Visa only to find out shit about their support and service.

Same fate. You must report via email. They follow up and refund after 2 week. After that I don’t dare to open an account. It is not enrich problem. It is merchantrade problem.
