Had this problem last year. So apparently the CS told me that if it's like this kind of personal account, you can only JomPay from same account name to same account. Just give them a call and explain to them. They'll understand. I forgot if they ask any other extra documents or not for this as I can't find any emails regarding this so I guess it's just a call and explanation.
