Is the 7k legal fee for loan ?
Based on this post, I am of the understanding that legal fee spa is free.. thanks

May I know .. is there a deadline to sign spa after signing booking form
The available units now come with unlucky number 4, 14...or near water tank or same level as bumi units Undecided whether to proceed to place booking or not.. Any advice from you guys This post has been edited by stephen84: Jul 8 2023, 10:19 AM |
