 After got back condo title, what docs to keep ?

Hi .. anyone has this same naagging questions of what to keep forever and what to throw ??? As there are tonnes of docs.. bank statements .. agreements booklet ... and all these cant keep into small safety box.. ( some fireproof protection )
.. i have wardrobe drawer for semi important docs


1. Original condo strata tjtle .. ( keep in fireproof safebox)
2.. original SnP and deeds of mutual convenants ( for condo) ?? Drawer or safebox ..i plan to throw.away all duplicate SnP
3. Photcopy of perfection of charge returned by bank ... ?? Drawer ?? Safebox ?? Throwaway. Dont seem to have original.
4. Phtocopy CF for occupancy
5. Agreement for bankloan facility..( Originsl copy for customer)
6.. bank offer letter signed ( ori copy for customet)
7. Booking receipts from developer .. payment reciepts.. demands for disbursement letters..
8.. perfection of charge and M.O.T. payment document.. is this still importsnt?.. strata title already under our name.
9. Perfectiom of tranfer to get back title from land office
10. Bank statements and instalment payment receipts
11. Bank discharge from loan letter ..after cleared off bankloan
12.. old cukaii pintu .. cukai tanah statment and receipts..
13.. CKHT boolket.. submitted by lawyer to income tax.
14.. all lawyers correapondent letters . Invoices... payment receipts..
15.. if subsale.. also got seller previous SnP, IC photocopy..
16.. original sales brochure.. house plan from developer


Anymore that i left out ?? Gosh .. looking at the stack of documents is mind boggling...

Thks .. now i hv some idea..
Thinking back i likely keep floor plan in case if in future i am selling and new buyer ask for floor plan

then better keep the original SnP floor plane or if dont have the floor plan from developer brochure. Later renovate also seen some floor plan to submit local authority.
Invoices and receipts also to keep for RGPT if less than 5yrs
house renovation receipt , furniture fixtures , electrical items receipts ? Can be used for RGPT offset ?
