Keep 1,2 & 4.

Other doesn’t seems necessary for future transactions.

I will keep the receipts (for rpgt purposes if less than 5 years), CF & Floor plans (some buyer wants it).

1,2 & 4 already contains all the information you stated.

S&P have the information of the selling price & floor plan. CF is separately issue upon vacant possession the unit.

The rest of the documents are not necessary.

I mean the receipts for the lawyer fees etc. That is not in the SPA. And if TS buy the property by subsale, there won't be any floor plan inside the SPA...

then better keep the original SnP floor plane or if dont have the floor plan from developer brochure.  Later renovate also seen some floor plan to submit local authority.
Invoices and receipts also to keep for RGPT if less than 5yrs
house renovation receipt ,  furniture fixtures  , electrical items receipts  ? Can be used for RGPT  offset ?

House renovation receipt yes, furniture fixtures if built-in yes. Loose items & electrical items receipt can throw
