88 units is very low density. However, 2k sqft is quite small for luxury units. Need at least 3k sf for atas a bit.

then u receive call, we had 1 client the loan not pass, so 1 unit release from booking but got 6 ppls wanna grab this unit, who can pay the deposit will secure the unit, first come first serve |

And the location is top notch. Come out is nkve highway and its near to major shopping malls. And the surrounding is not really squatters. Its just those old kampung houses.
