QUOTE(qspn @ Oct 16 2007, 11:20 PM) If mcclown select Lescott ahead of P. Neville got balls for the Russian clash. It would be a difficult test for him to be playing in this high pressure circumstances. He looks uncertain when he came in sat game. Moreover his undecisiveness that lead to A.Cole injury. i agree..i would prefer Neville than Lescott..he's a much more experienced player..i have no idea what McClaren is thinking..let's just hope that Sportcentre got it wrong for McClaren's sake.. |

why Lescott is chosen ahead of Neville? does Russia pose a physical threat? the only rasional explanation that i could think of is Lescott is good in the air and has a physical attribute..
i think Russia is gonna see this left side as England's weakness..expect a lot of Russian assault on the left hand side.. |
