 Gym kaki, what protein shake good?

Im taking myprotein Impact Whey Isolate. So far so good. If your concern is to bulk can try liquid calories intake.

1-2 scoop of ice cream
2 scoop protein
250ml milk
Add some fruits / peanut butter / ice etc

Blend everything and drink everyday.

I also almost 40, diet like crazy and workout min 5-6 times per week. What i learn is if you wanna reduce the tummy, on top of strength training you also need to do cardio. I run 5km min 2 times per week. Occasionally go for hiking after my gym session early in the morning. My highest i can drop 4.5-5% BF in a month.
