My sis recently bought a condo there for 400k balik pulau lack an edge la. You have eco tourism like audi dream farm etc., but to develop into a proper township need something else for its economic center.

WTA....whats a good quiet spot on Penang island to buy a bungalow (single or double storey) approx area 4-6K sq ft near or next to a non-touristy beach? Access to fibre broadband would be nice. For residence, not speculation.

Cipet, pg Island so many areas, why go buy at balik pulau? Last month I saw one transaction landed single storey go for 400k.
400k better you buy an older condo in bayan lepas or farlim.

Either the owner of the places that he mention did not want to sell or reduce price and therefore he cannot get commission. I also know he is talking nonsense because southbay and setia pearl island is predominantly self own family oriented unlike apartment where is mostly property flippers/first time entry homeowners.
