price stagnant and droppped... place suppose to be like mont kiara or gurney drive but remained a unpopular place


why penang lang? why?? why dont want move there? what is wrong with balik pulau?




Prestige 3 (also known as Prestige III) is a freehold landed housing estate (with some low-cost flats) located in Balik Pulau, Penang Island. It consists of P3 Residence and Pangsapuri Idaman Prestij. The built-up available at this project is 972 sf to 2,200 sf for houses and 911 sf for flats. It was developed by PLB Land Sdn Bhd.

PLB Land Sdn Bhd is a mid-sized real estate organization held privately, and it has undertaken around 12 real estate projects in Malaysia. lol TS is dreaming. Balik Pulau is like gurney drive, you must be joking. Gurney drive is like expat area, balik pulau is ulu kampung. I'd rather buy at teluk kumbar or batu kawan first before exploring balik pulau biggrin.gif

Recently many area in pg, siap built nice condo then share access road with LMC/flat. Good luck to them.

if you really want "prestige", try look at pulau andaman project. Reclaimed land just opposite of straits quay. Going for 2.5 million.

Actually last time on the opposite shore was desa tanjung, only going for 800k. At that time i thought nobody will want reclaim land properties especially after the tsunami. Boy was I wrong, now alot of units going for 4 million. I regretted didn't invest in those sad.gif

I went there a few months back for durian, ok lar. There is a new (?) supermarket there now. A few shops, 2 Mr DIYs. Not as ulu as back then.

balik pulau really far, and the road there so winding, macam pergi genting but no cold air to greet u there.

that teluk kumbar one still counted as winding abit but not as bad as the middle one. that one really something.
up there apa pon takde and far, but still expensive land. penang gila weh
