I think this is one of the core BZ that we should be in. 
Also finance … having TRX is good but if we do not develop the financial infrastructure etc and have regional offices here for major banking financials… it will be like what Cyberjaya used to be.  Open office just to get tax incentives instead of developing the Malaysia as a financial center to rival HK, Shanghai or Spore.

Berhubung aktiviti R&D yang dilihat penting, sejumlah 428 juta
ringgit disediakan untuk melaksanakan aktiviti R&D di bawah
Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi dan Kementerian Sains, Teknologi
dan Inovasi.

Antaranya termasuklah peruntukan tambahan 50 juta ringgit untuk
KPT mempergiat R&D berbentuk translasional yang lebih memberi
manfaat kepada penyelesaian isu komuniti dan industri.
● Selain itu, MOSTI juga disediakan 15 juta ringgit geran R&D
khusus berkenaan penghasilan vaksin negara.

Honestly I do not see how this helps….it is like what the the Chinese say “ pour rice”… the amount is too small to be significant to increase their EPF.  It is cash wasted.  Might as well channel this into development of infra or public services.
