I think this is one of the core BZ that we should be in. 
Also finance … having TRX is good but if we do not develop the financial infrastructure etc and have regional offices here for major banking financials… it will be like what Cyberjaya used to be.  Open office just to get tax incentives instead of developing the Malaysia as a financial center to rival HK, Shanghai or Spore.

Which is a waste, really.  Look at Labuan now as offshore financial centre.  Not here nor there and probably used as money laundering center more than as a truly off shore financial center.
