actually i believe most ppl will choose to stay in puchong and seri kembangan because it is the enviroment is better. you need to remember there is no supermarket, shopping center, cinema, car workshop in cyberjaya. Also the selection of food is very limited if compare with seri kembangan and puchong. and the landed proprety is so damn expensive while the price of condo can get a link house in puchong or seri kembangan.The only drawback is your next new place you wont be able to buy another property, that is if you r simple lay man.
