Okay, so similar story like everyone here white screen after 13 months usage of IP 13 pro max. Managed to dispute via phone calls and thankfully the senior advisor from Australia helped me alot and provide me exemption for screen repair. A visit to Apple Store in SG and managed to fixed issue within 1 hour. The technician did advise me to trade in and upgrade to IP 14 with some monetary top ups. My question now to all impacted users, what did you do with the repaired IP 13PM, continue using it or sell?
