Called local Apple CS, they made an appointment for me to send it to Machines or Switch service center, send the phone in and receive report case number, call local Apple CS again and complain then they transferred my case to Apple Australia, while it was being handled by a senior technician in Australia, he kept me updated everyday until the repair and claim was done.
