 13 pro white screen after 14 months

Tried calling Apple for the past 3 days and none of them willing to let me claim, i only found out Apple customer service doesn't work on weekends, no wonder support so lousy.
I was told by many that even though i'm already out of warranty, i should keep trying until they agree and maybe file tribunal against them.
Thought changing to iPhone can last longer cause friends around me have been using theirs for like 4 to 5 years, some even 6 also no problem.

Yea sadly, kinda bumped that the display died so quickly as this is my first iPhone and i never had any issues with my past Samsung phones since S2.

I'm definitely gonna keep calling Apple until they approve me for a claim, been doing that for the past 2 to 3 days but to no avail.
Might just pull the trigger on pre-ordering the new S23 series and hopefully being able to claim a new display for 13 pro then sell it.

Quite many users managed to get FOC replacement at Malaysia iPhone user page on fb, all of them are telling me to keep trying and file a complain to tribunal.

Already have a few cases that after a few months, the problem came back.
Local Apple still doesn't acknowledge this issue unlike Apple Thailand, can just walk in and they will replace it for free.

Dunno, all i got from diagnostic report was blank screen, nothing more. Then they just sent me a quotation of RM1500 if i wanna replace it.

Called local Apple CS, they made an appointment for me to send it to Machines or Switch service center, send the phone in and receive report case number, call local Apple CS again and complain then they transferred my case to Apple Australia, while it was being handled by a senior technician in Australia, he kept me updated everyday until the repair and claim was done. So, sent in on a Monday and done by Wednesday.

I bought S23+.

Managed to claim for the display.
Since i was on the phone with Apple for more than 2 hours, i will definitely not type the whole process out.
Long story short, call CS then they will make an appointment for u on the service center of ur choice, send the phone in and get the report case number, call CS again and complain about the cost and it is ridiculous that the display died right after warranty is over, most likely they will transfer ur case to a senior technician from dunno which country or local one, from there just email whatever report that service center has given u to that technician then he/she will follow up and liaise with service center from there.
