Someone need a new laptop and ask me where to buy. Lenovo or dell online takes weeks for delivery. Can anyone recommend a reputable shop to buy Lenovo or dell brand? Thank you

If you are ok with used laptop, try some business class laptop like Thinkpad. Not cheap but durable.

Student use but she wants it new. Budget max RM 3k only. Anyway thanks.

Back then when I was a student I bought it from Dell and Lenovo directly.

Now, I browse through Carousell/Mudah, and buy a lucky draw set (Brand New) at way lower price.

If you are lucky sometimes it comes with warranty.

Carousell, saw good deal there, but not sure what is the caught though, maybe ex foreigner scammer unit

All sellers including those Pakistani worker stall sells laptop with warranty. Confirmed.

You can walk in find the best product for your budget in digital mall or lowyat plaza.

Almost all laptops comes with onsite warranty these days. Just a matter of 1-3 years and t&c only.

Just buy from.shoppee.
You get special discount etc. And they can deliver to your house next day or 2 days.

If you dont mind refurbs, check out Dell Outlet website. Worth checking everyday if nothing in stocks interest you. You can get 10-core 12th gen i7 with rm2.8k.

Go survey in Lowyat and bargain, sometimes can get good deal.

No need so new. THINKPADS are very good business class laptops, even if they are used. Very good value for money.

I am still using an x230 Thinkpad (from year 2012) that I bought used - for my presentations, every day work, data processing etc (I am a medical doctor working in a State Health Department).

Just buy one of the used/refurbished Thinkpads manufactured from recent years off Shopee. Thinkpads are built to LAST.
