This was needed. It’s not that it’s banned because they could be real b****es and ask for people to apply for lodging/motel licence like in some countries.
It’s just allowing for consensus to be formed and primarily own stay property will remain just that. This is actually good news for those units purpose built for investors and Airbnb as it will reduce some of the wannabe competitors. |

those golden triangles 90% are investors/weekend home owners... i dont think getting the approval will be tough... most of it dont even bother to make complaint against airbnb as they dont even use their properties for alot of times in a year... for those tat curi2 do it in own stayers majority residence, well good luck to them...
