Hi All,

Not sure anyone willing to share their detailed floor plan for Bukit Serdang 5/3 area?

I have recently bought a landed property there.
Would like to apply for renovation approval but there is no floor plan from the previous owner.

Have tried to called MPSJ and they told me that they do not have any record for the plan and developer sad .
I have also googled but there is no information on who is the developer.

Appreciate if any member around the area mind to share information on developer or the floor plan with me ?
