We know that you are rather disappointed that Capcom had to pushed back the Japanese release date of the highly anticipated PlayStation Portable exclusive Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G.

Maybe Capcom knows this as well, and that's why the company has just sent us a press release showing a PSP unit especially made for the game.

The bundle costs 24,571 Yen or roughly US$ 231. It contains the following items:

* One PSP-2000 unit
* AC adaptor
* Battery pack
* One copy of Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G
* Several pouches
* A strap

As of this writing, the new scheduled release date of March 27 holds only true for Japan. There is still no word if the title will be released internationally and therefore, we're also not sure if this bundle will be brought to other countries as well.

Nice eh? I love it but I don't have the money. 24,571 Yen = ~ RM 756.32 but if it arrives here for sure the price will be jacked up like the Crisis Core bundle last time. sad.gif

Kernel 1.50 addon is for running homebrew application that requires Kernel 1.50 to run. It's only applicable to PSP Classic since PSP Slim can't run Kernel 1.50.

Oh ya wanna ask why all my save files become "restricted data" ??

I download the 3.80 m33 update file to my psp but i haven start updating yet. But my save files alredi like that...still at 3.71 m33-4

Do you by any chance modify the "Parental Control Level" at the "Security Settings"?

If you do, access to some files (games, videos, etc) will be restricted depending on the "Parental Control Level" that you have set. Turn it off and your save games should no longer be displayed as "Restricted Data".

It means you can access any files with Parental Control Level 1 - 9.

guys..can i update from 3.52 m33-1 straight away to 3.80 m33?
*
No, you need at least 3.52 M33-3 to go to 3.80 M33. Go and patch your PSP until at least firmware 3.52 M33-3 first.

I'm using Custom Firmware Extender (ver 1.92). Google for it.

how can i change the theme/background using the official firmware? Or am i doomed to using the boring sony ones?
*
You can use themes with .ptf extensions even on Sony's official firmware. Google for the .ptf theme file, and then copy the file to /PSP/THEMES/ directory on your memory stick.

PSP Slim, PSP-2006. Actually PSP's region does not matter, as you can change your PSP's region by changing a setting in the Recovery Menu.
