But i heard somewhere that this method may harm ur PSP, better have battery inside although u're using power adapter.

lol..how come will harm the battery? hahaha.. no need to worry la.. inside the battery itself has a circuit board that will automatically routed the electric directly to psp if the battery is fully charged.it's the same as laptop battery.

I think it is better to take out the battery to prevent constant charging which shortens the battery life..

regarding the battery issue, you can leave your battery there for aeons, no harm will come to your PSP. PSP is not like handphone.. lately i see a lot of people comparing handphone to PSP. come on, ngage died like years ago

The battery & AC adapter combo has been a topic all the while since 198612 years ago. Some will say "if you use both battery and ac adapter together, your battery will die very fast". And then this B fler will stand out and say "no such thing. with improved technology nowadays, when a device is fully charged, the current will stop flowing into the battery". And then this C fler will say "if you say the current stop flowing, why is the ac adapter still hot? must be got current flowing baru the ac adapter will hot". And then the debate goes on, you got the point. I'm not talking about PSP only, same goes for laptops, cell phones, and etc. So what's the right choice? You make it yourself. If you feel like no problem playing with both the battery and the ac adapter, then just go for it. If you feel like its a no no for battery and ac adapter combo, then just take the battery out when you're on ac adapter.

You try and see lor. Next time try to open the AC Adapter like 2 hours after the battery is full. See its hot or cold. Unless you're in an air-con'ed room la, then its different story.
