hi guys, im planning to get a slim psp in march.. currently im doing some reseach. well i hv asked some of the price.. some offered me 900 with 4gb MSPD card and crystal case. well, my problem is they offered me a normal speed card. should i change to high speed card? if i choose to use a normal speed card is it ok? will the loading time shorten if i use a high speed MSPD?

I think, just make sure its an ORI MSPD.. either from sandisk or sony. Else you'll end uplike me.. facing 6mbits read speed only. High speed ( extra expensive cards ) are unneeded. The normal line of MSPD will do. And if you're going for custom firmware (which is mostly due to one reason : gaming at a cheaper rate |

An ori MSPD should hit around speeds of 10-15mbits read which is rather good.
There are faster/better options out there but I think there is no real need to aim for those. Load times should be good if you set your PSP mhz to 333 (thats the max) Load time also depends on the game and how much you're compressing the file. Owh i think 8gb MSPD is less than RM400. A worthy investment if you forsee yourself having lots of games. |

I think its always better to get an ori MSPD because its more reliable and less data corruption problem. Furthermore, the game that u play wont be lag all of a sudden ( Im using 4gb fake sony MSPD and it lags when im playing Test Drive Unlimited )
Just my 2cents |

One of them is irshell. ---------------------- Anyway, there is a game sharing option in the XMB. May i know whats the use of that? Anyone tried upgrading ori firmware to m33 b4 i need some guide upgrading a fat 3.03 to 3.9m33. pls pm or email me at kevin.chooi@gmail.com thanks in advance.
