I call Celcom they say merchant prob which I think like not make sense. Everytime I file report, they always say merchant prob then close case. Anything can I do besides port out again?
Better lodge a report to MCMC. After Celcom Digi merged already their customer service very bad. Easily just close your ticket without resolution.
