 Not receiving OTP after Port in

Guys I'm not receiving TAC from Banks after port in to Umobile. It is now more than 3 days ready, I believe the security mechanism at least for 24hours but now seems more than 72 hours still not working as expected. Normal messages receiving fine. Called telco they said need to check with bank , If I am having 10 banks I'll need to check with all of them?

Which bank u didn’t receive TAC ?

Manual update (re-register the number at the bank) again or wait system update the gateway itself probably few weeks.

yet banks still using old system..

TAC now should be non issues...

but same problem exist...
port in /out trigger TAC issues...

It's definately U Mobile issue. I also face the same thing. Throw away U Mobile and move to other telco. SMS straight away comes in. U Mobile is one of the worst telco in handling SMS.

this is quite a common issue after port in/out..

in fact, there are threads in here that discussed it quite extensively.. feel free to look it up..

in short, give it a few days.. my personal experience was about 7 working days and the system sorted out itself.. didn't do anything else (eg. re-register at ATM, etc).. all the OTP are properly received after

*provided u don't have any urgent financial transactions to make*

Me port from Umobile to Celcom about 1 week, Shopee Lazada bank insurance all OTP/TAC cannot receive. Even I go re-register at ATM for bank and send UPDATE to 66300 also no working. I call Celcom they say merchant prob which I think like not make sense. Everytime I file report, they always say merchant prob then close case. Anything can I do besides port out again?

Better lodge a report to MCMC. After Celcom Digi merged already their customer service very bad. Easily just close your ticket without resolution.

Banks nowadays go for their own app for approval, no? Even credit card and debit card also use app for approval.
