Teorically, 640Kbps equal to 80KBps.. what you get is 45KBps.. Your speed should be around 80KBps for a HSDPA full strength covered area  icon_rolleyes.gif

yeah, i calculated that too.the speed is just like my 384 package before i upgraded it to 640 package. sweat.gif

Define full strength, in terms of -dBm. Check the range below:
Great :  from -70dBm to -55dBm
Good :  from -80dBm to -71dBm
So-So : from -90dBm to -81dBm
Gutted: above -90dBm

this is just an indicative from my own experience, but sometimes GREAT signal does not necessary result GREAT speed as it is still depended on your local base station traffic/total HSDPA users. All you can control is achieving the best signal and then start praying..... icon_rolleyes.gif

i went to lowyat plaza last tuesday to update my modem firmware in hope that the modem interface will be upgraded as well. but after upgrade it, my interface still remains the same old one without -dBm etc etc. hmm.gif
