Slightly off topic...I'm now connected to streamyx 1MBps via a friends router staying a floor below me... (ask him to leave his router near the balcony as I'm directly on top .  rclxms.gif ) ... utorrent Speed w/o VPN 25K~40K with VPN 55K~85K.

Cloud: i think in short, if you want Torrent, then go get wired with VPN or Tflux.... no other choice... at this moment....
*
yeah.but maybe i'll torrent when im at home.maxis wired broadband is uber delicious! no capping whatsoever. average speed 80~100kBps for 1mbps package smile.gif

well cloud...er...i agree with you only just...cause since yesterday my torrent downloads were at a constant speed as well...50plus kbs...and i wonder why...today also damn high...and yesterday night i was surprised that i got 1.5kbs and now i'm like getting 1.2kbs...so it's kinda weird all of a sudden so fast...haha
*
my finding is that the torrent can be download all day long, but around 11pm ~2am the torrent stuck at around 1kBps.sometimes even zero.

but then it'll pickup to full speed around 2.30am or so..

i gave up torrent using maxis wbb. too much hassle. and wasting time downloading 1 whole day just for some mere 20~50mb+ if the torrent has matured, need to beg for reseed etc etc..

im now into IRC.easier.it's consider direct download.and faster too.

blink means  shakehead.gif NO GOOD.... it suppose to light up and stay until u discon.
*
but in my condition:

blinking = good but download speed a lil bit slow, around 40~50
not blinking = not good, download speed fast, but frequently disconnects

Blinking means bad. You are getting 'skipped'. The modem tries to grab as much as it could. Thats really bad. I mean I dont like when it blinks or so. It must be steady for a constant connection
*
but mine is the opposite.im comfortable if its blinking but not when the light continues to on.

why?

based on my experience, my download will go slow like hell, my torrent will be down, my iRC will be disconnected, my google.com cant be load if that thing doesnt blink.and i've checked, always, the modem is still in HSDPA when its like that.
