There's actually 2 phases, one of the phase is for rumah mampu milik or rumah selangorku..I think 500 sqft plus minus for 275k. This 1 very near the HTC tower.
Another one is 2 blocks condo which is near the main road...689 sqft for 460k and 1036 sqft for 680k. The developer is the same one Land & General for Foresta and Seresta but the main con is a different one..The main con for this new project is the one developing for Seresta now...not sure good or bad. The place is very near to the new MRT2. I can't remember how many units but it's freehold. 1 car park for the 689 sqft unit and 2 car parks for the 1036 sqft unit.
