True about the HTC being close, but it "gives" additional buffering distance from the main road (Jalan Kuala Selangor) and the MRT Tracks. So in a way, it does benefit a little more in terms of dust and noise pollution laugh.gif

Anyway, I think if you interested better be the early bird to choose the one facing inward, not HTC if possible. but since the HTC tower there is the small ones (Not the big ones beside my current apartment now) it should be ok as long as you don't choose floor below 10.

HTC direction got a nice mountain view btw.

Not all will be rumawip, just one tower will be. This project have about 5 phases & a public park. Proposed to have 1 commercial area, and the rest will be residential.

Currently developer requires interested buyer to get loan screening and approval first, then you can join queue to choose unit book once apdl obtained.

Full transparency, am an agent servicing this project. Feel free to ask me anything on this project

Developer is Land & General. For BSD side they have a completed project already called Foresta, and an ongoing one due to VP soon called Seresta. Can check out their web to see their ongoing & completed projects

Booking is by ballot system during launching day. Now soft launch and open for registeration. No booking needed currently until u been selected during launching day.

There's actually 2 phases, one of the phase is for rumah mampu milik or rumah selangorku..I think 500 sqft plus minus for 275k. This 1 very near the HTC tower.

Another one is 2 blocks condo which is near the main road...689 sqft for 460k and 1036 sqft for 680k. The developer is the same one Land & General for Foresta and Seresta but the main con is a different one..The main con for this new project is the one developing for Seresta now...not sure good or bad.

The place is very near to the new MRT2. I can't remember how many units but it's freehold. 1 car park for the 689 sqft unit and 2 car parks for the 1036 sqft unit. Facilities are shared among 2 blocks.
