Heard from my friend about this new development that going to launch soon - the project is just next to Damansara Flo .

any good point about the location to share?

I use to stay in BSD, i quite like that area, green, quiet..Not far to Ttdi, BU,Bangsar,Damansara, Kepong. That time still no Uniqlo....Damansara Avenue?

Mixed Development and RumahWIP. Looks like only 1 block, 22 levels with 602 units
1. Ground floor is shop
2. Floor 2 to 4 is Parking(probably for residence). 1 Level in Basement is Parking (Probably for Public)
3. Level 5 is Facilities

Which means Level 6 - 22 is where the 602 units resides probably? It translated to 17 floors and each floor plates = 35 units?? Quite packed sad.gif

Nope. The condo has 35 floors, with 12 units each floor. I have the complete price list too, but still wondering should pull the trigger or not. The HTC really bothers me.

Haha thought so. A bit weird when its only 22 floors and 600 units. So packed lol.

If its not for own stay should be ok.
But then again, I have stayed beside that large TNB facility at Prima Damansara with HTC across for 20+ years. No issue so far.
