Wah! Look like our match against M.city is game winner for them. I think they just need a 1 point draw to claim EPL since they have healthy GD

Don’t think we have the capability to go for a win

let see can Lampard play a party spoiler against MU and win it?
the chances are slim anyway but these are the least Lampard can do in our sad season laugh.gif

If we manage do that and let MU sweating and Liverpool suspense until final matches whistling.gif

I rather see both of them not get UCL and see Brighton entering UCL (for the first time?)    biggrin.gif

Knowing Lamps, I got a feeling he is going to disappoint us again.
Was expecting Lamps to play the youngsters against a C-team City to see who can shine for the next season but he ends up playing most of the players that are probably leaving. Maybe he is showcasing the "players for sale" as another demo for prospective buyers.

me too but Brighton can't help themselves want to playing robin hood giving points to relegation teams but grab point from top6 doh.gif

I already forsee, we will still see havertz playing as striker
*
with too many players on hand now.. I also don't see any incoming new players due to our new unknown position.
we need to sell or loan them out fast before we can think of buying top class players

the only way we buy or loan players in is from those clubs drop from EPL like leicester Jamie Vardy on short term contract/loan if they want to come sweat.gif

Dont care arldy we just need to let players go, low price also nvm, we just need to clear out ....make the squad small size
*
Yeah.. Big squad but less play time will surely create unhappiness among teammates. Not an ideal to create new identity under new manager

QUOTE(gaeria84 @ Jun 1 2023, 02:55 AM)
Kova to man city is bad idea, we're strengthening a direct rival while weakening our squad, we need experience and character in that squad

Just give it a season later u all start crying why we sold all our experienced players
*
U think we can challenge for EPL and others 2 competition meh? Lol!
I think next season is to consolidated top4 position already me happy

Every few months change manager/tactics/formation. I also bosan la.
If after the change and we win, nevermind. Will be motivated. After change we lost, everyone is confused. Morale dropped. Lagi2 lose to bottom feeder opponents. Changing room not enough space to sit etc etc.

Trim the squad. Trim the salary payroll. Manage FFP and then bring in players that we really need to fill up according to the Poch's needs.
Won't be expecting a fluid team anytime soon.
*
yeah... we need to trim the team fast, no matters seniors or juniors and do business according to Poch requirements.
No point give in to sentimental and holding to those senior players, fully aware they will play bit parts of the games.
It time for senior move on and new players to stamp in their present to move forward a new beginning

Soon we will have the youngest average age squad in EPL. Thiago Silva is the only senior I would definitely want to keep to share his experiences to the young CBs. I loved to see Kante but right now, it is just sentimental feelings doing the talking, heard he is injured again. Maybe time for Kante and Benzema to go Arab.

Now, to find the perfect partner for Enzo and someone to receive Enzo's passes. Nkunku as our number 9 and not as a second striker? I hope not.

Hoped for Mou to lift the Europa League Cup, sadly for him.
Now I hope Inter wins the Champions League so that they will at least "consider" buying back that charsiew Lukaka.
*
don't think any other teams will go for him.
Only inter "thinking" want him and Inter will drive down the price fully aware our situation and will take advantage of it.
unless he goes score at least 1 winning goal or few goals in that match.... even in my dream also cannot think how it possible whistling.gif

In a way, hopefully (at least) we might mimic Arsenal journey when they signed Mikel Arteta

Current situation, our clubs are in turmoil from the very top(owners) to players and recruitment target departments.
Don't think Poch can do any magic instantly if owners still clueless but still want to hands-on doh.gif

Colwill left two years on his contract, this one bound to be mount 2.0 and have to be dealt with carefully

And mount was supposed to be mr. chelsea, yet snubbed us like nothing

Guessing the morale in dressing room is really really low, and many players don't believe in the direction of the club
*
I think mount more like unhappy to get the wages he requested on par with Reece James.

I think he unluckily in wrong timing to negotiate with wrong owners.
If still under Roman good time, he will definitely get or close to his targets wages

After ten hag, kena burnt by newcastle pula lel

Everyone pointing out what a banter club we are after spending 600m lol

What they said is true tho

Next season better silence the critics
*
Newcastle can talk big now since theirs first time in CL. Let see how they cope with it without spending too much or spending more too late.

If spending too little or late, might not go far on all competitions due to overplaying the same players.
Spending too much but not going far enough in competition might be same as us with too many players unused and start uneasiness among players play time.

This need strong managerial skills to cope with the pressure.

Of cos in the idea worlds, more players and going far in competition will be the target

It is good to see the management wants to maintain a discipline wage structure. The Roman period is over. Pity we lost out on a suitable target. Later overpaying on wage to sit on the bench like Drinkwater and Bakayoko, if you remembered these guys.

Hope we can get to close and settle our outgoings like Mount and Havertz and LETS GO ON OSIMHEM, lolz.
*
I think the management trying hard to lower the overall wages structure on new signing with long term contract.
In a way, should the new players not up to par or to play for us.
They can easily sold or loan out cos their salary will not be an issue for potential buyers.
At least we don't loss out on resale value that much after all they are bought at younger ages.

It seem that management are getting rid of those on high wages or asking for high wages now... example : Mount
Maybe it a good plan.. may need longer term to see is it working or not... hmm.gif

Now just hoping it won't turn out like Arsene Arsenal era or worse.. like Spur, forever building up sweat.gif
