Let's look at the current squad that we have right now.

Kai Havertz - he is not in and out typical no 9. i still dont know what is his best position. when chelsea use 4-3-3 he is not fit into this formation. i see his best should be the traditional no 10 like mata but with slightly lesser passing ability. he can hold the ball and set up his team mate. he will flourish if poch use 4-2-3-1.

Armando Broja - this fella is still very young. plus he is coming back from serious injury. for sure his ability diminishing a bit and i guess the best option for broja is to go out on loan. maybe to a bundesliga club where he can show case his skill and nail the first eleven.

Datro Fofana - this fella is very young too. got the touch and the ability but still not proven enough to fill the position as main striker. most probably will go out on loan as well. if any premier league club interested with his service i think we should send him on loan.

Romelu Lukaku - What more can we say about this guy? dude is 100kg. he got the strength, maybe not so fast but fast enough to adapt in the EPL. but his love for inter milan distracting him too much. I honestly think we should give him third chance. maybe third time lucky? but poch need to thread carefully with this guy. maybe need to hire a psychologist to ensure his mind is right on track. but once he "buat hal" i guess poch should sell him immediately. but i doubt if any club could afford his salary demand.

Who should we bought?

Any striker that can score 20 or more goals per season, proven striker. 

Dusan Vlahovic, Victor Osimhen, Ivan Toney ( now serving ban though), or we can bring back tammy abraham from roma because we got buy back clause iinm.

I already forsee, we will still see havertz playing as striker

Osimhen will not coming to chelsea because we dont have european football. tammy abraham will likely came the second we call him. he have the unfinished business at chelsea. he is HG too (train at the club before 21).

Some players, be it senior or not already having thoughts to leave, then they should just leave. What is the point they stay another year only to leave a gap next year.

Anything out of Top10 is a failure like this season. Top6 is my modest target and my overachieve target is Top4.

Well, he is playing well there and already close with the players there. Plus, Brighton is now outperforming Chelsea and have European football too. At Chelsea, not really a clear direction for him and his game time, unless Poch has a clear outline of what he wants to do with him and spoken with him. Then again, words are only words. Pity the number of years Gilmour was just warming our bench despite how many Chelsea people were highly rating him.

Good price, just offload. We didn't manage the academy players well previously, maybe the new owners will want to do something about that. Only Recce James really shone through and handsomely rewarded, although now he is plagued with injuries. Poch is not my first choice but since he has signed, he gets my full support for the new season. Can't wait to see what he has planned for this estranged team. Can Poch make Mudryk become the next Son?

I think mount more like unhappy to get the wages he requested on par with Reece James.

I think he unluckily in wrong timing to negotiate with wrong owners.
If still under Roman good time, he will definitely get or close to his targets wages

Newcastle can talk big now since theirs first time in CL. Let see how they cope with it without spending too much or spending more too late.

If spending too little or late, might not go far on all competitions due to overplaying the same players.
Spending too much but not going far enough in competition might be same as us with too many players unused and start uneasiness among players play time.

This need strong managerial skills to cope with the pressure.

Of cos in the idea worlds, more players and going far in competition will be the target
