House loan is different lah. I think probably 3 out of 10 ppl can afford buy house cash.
Also i heard ppl say house loan is one of the lowest rate of loan.

During application, if the bank see your credit card got balance not settled they will ask you to clear it first. It doesn't matter every month you fully settled previously. For the purpose of application they need it to be zero.
