And the 108 package was hidden from the users. It will not show up if you do not have, RM108 or more credit left on your number.

Dear MCMC,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disgust with the actions of Digi Telecommunications. Without my permission, they forcibly upgraded my package and changed (Super Long Life) pricing package from RM38 to RM108, which represents an increase of 185.71%! I believe this is a clear act of profiteering and exploitation of their long-term, loyal customers.
I have also come to understand that the new package was hidden from the users, and it was made available only if I had RM108 or more credit balance. This is a clear indication that Digi Telecommunications had intended to exploit their customers and make profit by hiding the package and forcing users to upgrade without their consent. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I am disgusted by the actions of Digi Telecommunications.
Phone number is just as important as my identity card in today's society, and the sudden change in pricing has caused me significant financial burden. The actions of Digi Telecommunications have not only caused me great frustration and anger, but it also shows a complete disregard for the well-being and loyalty of their customers.
I kindly request that MCMC to take immediate action to address this issue, and hold Digi Telecommunications accountable for their actions. I urge MCMC to ensure that they are not allowed to continue profiteering and exploiting their customers by hiding package options and forcing users to upgrade without their consent.
