And also for Bliss case, not sure is it because its a small project, there's only one person in the whole company in charge of it. If this person goes on leave or somehow unavailable, good luck trying to find someone to answer

better think twice before you buy this project, especially if you plan for own stay

owners now facing issues with Bliss residence at OKR
i) China branded lift with poor quality and maintanence
ii) subpar built quality for the price
iii) questionable design decisions (some design elements are different from the architecture drawings in SnP)

granted I am not sure if they will repeat the same mistakes for The Jalil, but considering Bliss is not their first project, I won't expect much

most importantly their communication and customer service is ZERO
