my senior also just left  not too long ago after they gave her a 4% increment after 4/5yrs or service(I got my +4% too then after about 3yrs service). So far I think my end is alright, been doing good in many ways and I am proud of it. But i'm at the stage where I am still looking for better opportunities...since im working within the embassy line..jobs dont come up too often..so Id rather take whatever I can get first before the next opporunity comes along.
