Hmm, I didn't know the mall was "owned" by separate ppl. Yeah the upper floors were shit bad - the only reason I went up was either for the Popular Bookstore, or the Sports Planet. Other than that, it was eerie like fuck.

Then there was the Econsave downstairs.... making it look like a low class mall. And not forgetting the shops at B1.... very 90's style punya.

They kinda did. Pearl Suria was a good addition, with Jaya Grocer and Paradise Dynasty coming in, making it more vibrant. Now since Jaya Grocer has gone to the old wing, I wonder what replaces that area? (Hopefully its Coffee Bean).

Now becoming GHost Town or maybe still have hidden business. Last time park in the basement average of car kena scratch or bang buta buta is 2 cars per day. Soon jadi tempat dispose kereta rompak or motor curi.
