actually iwk fees is heavily subsidize from the government. rm8 is too cheap. i think it is reasonable to increase.

Actually our IWK is heavily subsidised by government. It is not cheap to maintain pipping and treatment plant. One of the reason why most of our water and sewage pipe hardly get enough maintenance is due to funding. To be honest i won't mind paying higher fees for my sewage and water bill because i spend much more on drinks in my local kopitiam in a month than my sewage and water fee.
