Actually there is a plan to covert the front part of golf course into residential development. Not sure whether it is happening or not..anybody has any idea

That is about 100 acres (p/s Pavilion Bukit Jalil + Aurora + Shoplot = 60 acres) This project is still under the control of PKB which is the subsidiary of I&P, SP Setia has no power in planning, only in-charge of sales and marketing |
